Enabling Education’s goal is to help highly-motivated Skilled Nursing / Assisted Living / Memory Care employees achieve the career pathway qualifications they need to achieve their professional and financial goals.  We provide grants to Enabling Education Scholars (“Scholars”) to fund tuition from accredited institutions to assist with reduced income while studying instead of working full-time job due to school commitments.

Our financial and advisory assistance is highly-customized to each Scholar based on their needs, timing, and academic course-load.  We want Scholars to be fully committed to the process and in balance with their abilities. This can take many forms, including:

• Matched Cost Funding (Both Enabling Education and Recipient pay a portion of Tuition costs).

• Direct Tuition Payment to the Educational Facility of Choice.

• Academic Performance-Based Bonus Grants.
